Method of payment: cash, non-cash, bank cards (100% prepayment).
In case of cash payment a receipt cash order and a cashier’s check are issued.
In case of early car return, the recalculation is done for the actual number of car rental days according to the valid rates.
Rates include 100% cost of hull insurance (CASCO) (no deductible), third-party liability insurance (OSAGO)
with extended civil liability coverage. Fuel and additional services cost is not included.
Rates with unlimited mileage include the car rental price per day with unlimited mileage within the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region.
When the car is used outside the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region (on the RF territory), the mileage limit is 200 km a day.
If the mileage is exceeded, each extra km beyond the mileage limit costs 10 RUR for Economy Class, Compact Class, and Business Class cars.
If the car return is delayed by 3 hours or longer, the delay is charged as an additional day.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
RentExpress Company offers its clients the following additional services:
- Additional power of attorney – no charge
- Child safety seat – no charge
- Car delivery to a location outside the office during business hours – 800 RUR
- Car return from a location outside the office during business hours – 800 RUR
- Car delivery/return to/from the Moscow railway stations during business hours – 1,000 RUR
- Car delivery/return to/from the Moscow airports during business hours – 1,500 RUR
- Car delivery/return during off-work hours should be agreed upon with the rental manager in advance.

- Passport (the driver must be at least 21 years old)
- Driver’s license (the driving experience is at least 3 years), translation into Russian is required
- Entrance visa or migration card, complying with international standards
- If residing pursuant to registration – registration documents
