Rates are stated in rubles (RUR). Rates include full insurance package. The current rates don’t include fuel and additional services.
Rates with unlimited mileage include the car rental price per day with unlimited mileage within the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region.
If the car is used outside the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region (on the RF territory), the mileage limit is 250 km a day.
The exceeding of mileage will be charged to the customer (7 RUR per 1 km), when the car is returned.
The car must be returned at the agreed time. Rental will be charged for one additional day if the vehicle is returned more than three hours later than that time.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
RentExpress offers the following additional services:
- Additional driver – no charge
- Baby seat – no charge
- Car delivery/return to/from a location outside the office during business hours – 1,500 RUR
- Car delivery/return to/from the Moscow railway stations during business hours – 1,500 RUR
- Car delivery/return to/from the Moscow airports during business hours – 2,500 RUR
- Car delivery/return during off-work hours should be agreed upon with the rental manager in advance.
Method of payment: cash, non-cash, bank cards (100% prepayment).
In case of cash payment a sales check is issued.
In case of pre-term car return, the recalculation will be done for the actual term according to the valid rates.

- Driver’s license (the driving experience shall be at least 3 years) with notarized Russian translation
- Entrance visa, migration card or registration on the RF territory
