DRIVER'S REQUIREMENTS:
• Passport (the driver’s age must be at least 21)
• Driver’s license (the driving experience shall be at least 3 years) with notarized Russian translation
• Entrance visa, migration card or registration on the RF territory

RENTAL DOCUMENTS:
• Car rental agreement
• Inspection, acceptance and receiving report
• Authorization letter to drive a car
• Proof of payment

RATES INCLUDE:
• Full insurance package
• Technical service
• Security Guard System
• Free change of the car in case of accident or breakage

The current rates don’t include fuel and additional services.

RENT A CAR WITH A DRIVER (CHAUFFEURED SERVICE)

CLIENT'S REQUIREMENTS:
• Passport

RENTAL DOCUMENTS:
• Car rental agreement
• Proof of payment

RATES INCLUDE:
• Driver – the company’s staff member
• A car with driver
• Fuel
• Car Wash and cleaning
• Full insurance package
• Technical service
• Security System
• Free change of the car in case of accident or breakage

RATES NOT INCLUDE:

• Parking on paid parking lots, shopping mall territories, airport terminals and train stations. Parking at paid parking territories at the Client’s request is paid additionally.
• Driving on the toll roads. Driving on the toll roads at the Client’s request is paid additionally.

Cash, non-cash, bank cards (100% prepayment)

In case of cash payment a sales check is issued.

In case of pre-term car return, the recalculation will be done for the actual term according to the valid rates.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

RentExpress offers the following additional services:
• Additional driver – no charge
• Baby seat – no charge
• Car delivery/return to/from a location outside the office during business hours – 1,500 RUR
• Car delivery/return to/from the Moscow railway stations during business hours – 1,500 RUR
• Car delivery/return to/from the Moscow airports during business hours – 2,500 RUR
• Car delivery/return during off-work hours should be agreed upon with the rental manager in advance.
